PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
(Please note: For your form to be processed, you are required to fill out this form completely.)
- You must have the original receipt on hand.
- Please have a picture of the hair on hand.
- In the rare occurrence of a product defect, the entire purchased hair must be removed
and returned for the quality assurance process to begin.
- All items must be returned with original packaging.
- Due to the nature of the our products there are NO REFUNDS, Exchanges Only
(Exchanges will only be honored on defective hair products)
(Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of the receipt.)
- Items can only be exchanged in the country in which they were purchased.
- Only the items purchased from Authorized Dealers will be accepted.
